Simply Soaring through the full spectrum of life!

Jesus Christ is our ultimate example for living. He experienced within His own life ALL that any being could ever experience. Jesus experienced the full Spectrum of existence from negative infinity to positive infinity. Negative infinity was where He took upon Himself ALL the sins of mankind, and at one place, at one time, while nailed to a cross he offered up Himself as an acceptable sacrifice for all. His blood dropped on the dirt outside the gates of Jerusalem and He decreed, “It is finished”. In His death he experienced an eternity of anguish. Positive infinity was achieved as Christ rose from the dead and returned to where He had always been before, which is seated at the right hand of the Father. The fullness of this joy is immeasurable.

 The book of Hebrews in the Holy Bible spells it out like this, “Therefore, since we have so great a cloud of witnesses surrounding us, let us also lay aside every encumbrance and the sin which so easily entangles us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, fixing our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of faith, who for the joy set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God." (Hebrews 12:1-2, NASB95) In summation Jesus went from positive infinity to negative infinity back to positive infinity where he is right now interceding for you and me.

It is within the scope of God's plan for every believer to have Christ live His life in and through them on earth by the indwelling of His Holy Spirit. This means that in the midst of fulfilling our missions and callings in life that we will be tested and tried. We will also experience in the midst of these storms of life the peace and joy that only God can give.

Jesus our great example has gone before us and is the Way. Like all those other believers who came before us, we are called to a unique and precious experience in which we get to share the ongoing life of Christ in our own being. Jesus Christ-- The One who has the keys to death and life invites us into a deep and vital relationship with the Father and Himself through His Holy Spirit. He invites us to share in both his sufferings and His joy... Simply Soaring through it all!
